SLOW SKILLS SESSIONS

 

Our weekly slow skills sessions are a fun, low-pressure, traffic-free way to learn bike control. 

The sessions are run by our very own qualified British Cycling coaches designed to improve your bike handling, cornering and coordination. Learning these fundamentals will make you safer and more confident at any race or event.

It’s a supportive atmosphere, open to a range of abilities where it’s not about being the strongest or fastest, just about self improvement.

These are a great option as a taster session to find out if the club is the right vibe for you.

Slow skills were a great introduction to the club and meeting other members. I very quickly realised that there was so much more to learn about cycling than I thought, and everything I’ve learnt has been so helpful for riding at track, group rides and just generally increasing my confidence on the bike
